Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging where possible.
How to start a return
Email us at support@onyxis.co.uk with: your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason (optional). If the item is damaged or incorrect, include photos so we can resolve it faster.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, contact us and we’ll confirm availability and the next steps.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for the return and your location. If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong or defective item), we’ll make it right.
Non-returnable situations
Returns may be refused if items are used, damaged due to misuse, or missing essential parts/accessories.
