We aim to keep shipping clear and predictable. Once an order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days before dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping & delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method shown at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout when available.

Tracking

For most orders, tracking is provided after dispatch. If you haven’t received tracking within a reasonable time, contact us and we’ll help.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost, delayed, or marked as delivered

If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the parcel, check with neighbors/building reception and contact the carrier first. If it’s still missing, email us with your order number and we’ll assist.
